Office building 

From consent to completion, we led the structural design for a two-storey office building on challenging ground & high seismic area. We produced clear PS1 documentation, coordinated closely with the wider team, and provided timely answers on site so work never stalled.

The outcome: a cost-efficient, low-maintenance office that meets code, performs under seismic demands, and was delivered without programme surprises.
