With 11 years’ consulting experience in New Zealand and Singapore, Sobi delivers practical, buildable solutions across industrial, commercial, residential and infrastructure projects. She leads PS1 concept and detailed design for warehouses, canopies, mezzanines, residential homes and swimming pools; pedestrian and light vehicle bridges; refurbishments; and wider civil and structural works, producing cost optimised, code compliant and consent ready outcomes. Working closely with architects, geotechnical engineers, services teams and fabricators, she turns complex requirements into clear details that keep programmes moving.
